GlobalData has an opening for a full-time Client Services Executive in our Fort Point/Seaport area Boston office. As a GlobalData Client Services Executive, you’ll be responsible for complete post-sale success and satisfaction for a portfolio of Technology/Telecoms clients. It is the goal of the Client Services Executive to make every client successful by building a trusted advisor relationship and helping them achieve their business objectives using our tech suite of products.

What you will do

  • Primary ownership and accountability for ensuring client growth, satisfaction, and retention within assigned accounts
  • Develop strong relationships with all key decision makers and influencers across each account
  • Provide regular product training, either one to one or group webinar
  • Identify new opportunities for expanding each client’s product adoption
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to secure long term renewals
  • Manage clients to ensure they are leveraging our products effectively and are kept up-to-date on new features and enhancements
  • Help with client queries and ad hoc requests and assignments
  • Maintain and update internal databases
  • Become a product expert in our Technology Suite of products

  • Graduates welcome to apply
  • Tech enthusiast desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively as part of a team, across departments and functions
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • The ability to build & maintain good relationships with clients
  • A ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated & able to work alone, but also a strong team player with a desire for the team to succeed
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks
  • Salesforce or other CRM system experience useful but training given
