    The role provides an exciting opportunity to work on market leading solutions and a great scope for career progression leading to the role of Product Manager. Working with the Business heads, you will take responsibility to understand existing and future business requirements on various digital products. You will review systems, data and processes to help define how changes to these digital B2B products can be successfully and consistently delivered to add value to the organisation.

     

    Reporting directly to the Group Chief Technology Officer, you will be involved with the full project life cycle from inception through to completion and will gather requirements, analyse and produce detailed requirements, and deliver functional and non-functional specifications, whilst encouraging and promoting best practice across the project and business analyst team.

    What you will do

    • Assist the Senior Business Analyst to create development-ready product specifications that may include user stories, UI mock-ups/wireframes and workflow diagrams
    • Demonstrable experience of the use of core business analysis tools and techniques including workshop facilitation, process mapping and requirements elicitation and documentation
    • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business unit subject matter expert(s) to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met
    • Gather, document & translate business requirements into software specification documentation, including use cases, wireframes and workflow diagrams
    • Ensure application and database changes fit with the proposed future business architecture and processes
    • Collaborate with the Development, QA, UAT and operations team to ensure on-time delivery of release; tracking operation/business metrics and sharing it with stakeholders on a periodic basis
    • Coordinate with global teams during the product development lifecycle, that includes business stakeholders and development team

    What you will bring to the table

    • Proven business analysis experience in Product Development Organization
    • Business Information Industry experience would be added advantage
    • Strong expertise in writing Functional Design/User Stories for Web Applications
    • Experience in creating User Interface mock-ups
    • Self-starter, detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Exhibits exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Strong and competent in group facilitation
    • Comfortable in a fast pace work environment
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
    • Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management delivery methodologies ideal
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks
