We are seeking a transformative leader for a digital analytics team that will use data from multiple channels (ecommerce, social media, blogs etc.) to power customer insights for brand, direct digital marketing (customer acquisition/retention), and customer engagement effort. The Digital Head will have unique opportunity to step-change the analytics landscape and delight consumers via development of new, breakthrough digital solutions across range of industries. You will be expected to build a new capability and also improve existing products and enable new growth potential.

 

In this role you will develop new digital platforms that include but are not limited to Pricing intelligence, Social analytics. These new & existing product platforms will seek to improve the consumer usage experience across all Global Data research categories.

 

A key responsibility for this new and dynamic role will be to improve & develop a new digital technology strategy providing unique insights to our clients

What you will do

  • Strong understanding and passion for the technical aspects of interactive marketing strategy & data analysis, e-commerce and database management, including website design, production and usability, social medial platforms, search and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver winning claims proven with clinical programs / pilot studies to enhance product usage experiences
  • Create a balanced portfolio of opportunities ranging from short term/ready to market; medium term/proof of concept required and long term/speculative but breakthrough opportunities
  • Partner with commercial teams and lead the development of digital/analytic solutions across product areas
  • Ideate new digital technology solutions that can further drive new category growth
  • Track and understand digital/analytics product solutions, emerging digital technology research solutions and propose plans to implement them
  • Partner with development teams to create value streams and business models.
  • Leverage resources across the organization to speedily commercialize these products
  • Directs research, statistical analysis, data visualization, data analytics – providing unique insights to clients
  • Provides thought leadership, proactively recommend innovative research techniques

What you will bring to the table

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in industry and company content sets - research and analysis
  • At least 08 years in managing teams for generation and maintenance of industry content
  • Be proficient in planning and developing team, templates, tools, content sets, and front-end platforms
  • Have expertise in content layout and information flow for trends and outlook
  • Have frequent interactions with management, team and clients for continuous improvements.
