    We are currently looking for an enthusiastic key account manager as an addition to our growing global sales team, covering key accounts and new business prospects. This will be a hybrid role with a renewal base and new business quota. A successful candidate in this fast paced innovative environment will demonstrate strength in identifying the customer requirements, collaborating internally, and selling solutions to an executive-level audience. This individual will be energetic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal direct supervision.

    What you will do

    • Identify and understand the business goals, objectives, key customer issues, and new initiatives of clients and prospects in order to develop the appropriate response solution
    • Qualify the client’s organizational structure, available budget and decision process to ensure accurate forecasts of renewal business and new business growth opportunities
    • Demonstrate ability to sell high value information services
    • Strong understanding of subscription based services
    • Develop healthy business relationships with a broad set of senior executives; key department representatives; and functional users at clients and prospects.
    • Solid grounding in business concepts of information communication and technology
    • Achieve consistent renewal and new business goals, through effective sales pipeline management

    What you will bring to the table

    • 5 plus years of successful sales experience at the C-level suite
    • Consistent over-achievement of sales quotas
    • Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to articulate a compelling message and influence, persuade and negotiate with all levels of people to achieve win-win situations
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    • Experience in managing multiple complex sales cycles in conjunction with facilitating C-level meetings
    • Effective prioritization and time management skills
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Experience with or similar CRM applications
    • Experience in Telecommunications or Subscription Based Services
