As part of our continued success and growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Sales organisation.

    What you will do

    • Proactively source candidates to ensure best quality shortlists.
    • Autonomously run end to end recruitment process, including; candidate sourcing, reviewing applications, interviewing, providing feedback and supporting the offer/new starter process.
    • Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Create succinct, attractive job descriptions and post across multiple platforms as required.
    • Work across the Sales Division to drive volume recruitment.

    What you will bring to the table

    • Proven volume recruitment experience.
    • Evidence of direct sourcing at an expert level, including use of multiple channels and methods, e.g social media.
    • Experience in successful stakeholder management and engagement at a senior level.
    • Proven commitment to exceptional candidate management.
    • Interviewing and assessment expertise.
    • Ability to make informed decisions and influence key stakeholders.
