Our busy mid-town office currently has an opportunity for a positive and reliable individual to fill the role of IT Technician.  In this position, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact for computer issues locally supported by local team member and a global team.  The IT Technician will also maintain computer workstations and associated software with remote colleagues. This position would suit somebody who enjoys making a positive difference within their team as well as for their colleagues.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that has experienced significant growth recently.

What you will do

  • Offer daily operations and systems support to colleagues from within a global team
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
  • Maintain records diligently and accurately
  • Learn off the shelf & bespoke systems as required to help the team outside the local office
  • Other duties to help the smooth running of the office

What you will bring to the table

  • Experience in computer systems such as Windows 7 & 10 pro.
  • Experience on network operations such as Microsoft Server 2008 R2
  • Ability to work well on your own and within a team
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
  • Flexible nature and professional reliability to a internal service role
  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate with a varied audience
