    GlobalData is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join its Manchester based digital marketing team. This role would suit a candidate with 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce position. GlobalData is looking for a talented digital marketer ready to step into a leadership role.

    What you will do

    • Manage and motivate the digital marketing team.
    • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the website.
    • Plan and execute innovative email marketing strategy, including designing and creating HTML email templates aimed at new business in support of the company’s sales objectives.
    • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Encourage new and creative growth strategies.
    • Project manage and develop the report store websites, improving customer journeys and evaluating end-to-end customer experience and customer touch points.
    • Ensure that all digital marketing processes run seamlessly and are updated when necessary.
    • Proofread copy for marketing materials and content for email campaigns.
    • Work with PR team to align campaigns and product launches.
    • Target and segment the audience using Pardot email software, ensuring the best possible response.

    What you will bring to the table

    • Marketing degree or related qualification.
    • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team.
    • Experience in designing and creating email campaigns using email software such as Pardot.
    • Working knowledge of HTML.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and encourage the user to buy with confidence.
    • The ability to work under pressure, to deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering a highly professional service and attitude.
    • Strong analytical skills reporting on email metrics.
    • Target driven.
    • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Go Squared)
