The Business and role:

We are an AIM listed Business Information Group which provides market research and analysis to a global list of blue chip clients. Our data and insight helps our clients understand their markets and competitive landscape.


With our global headquarters in London, this role offers the opportunity to work in our finance shared service centre in Hull, which has been established for five years. We are looking for a self-motivated and confident professional to join our existing Purchase Ledger team, to be able to grow and develop with our company.

What you will do

Working within the finance team, we expect you to have close interaction with the wider commercial business, with responsibility for the following services

  • Perform invoice and credit note verification
  • Manage queries that prevent invoices being paid with requisitioners.
  • Processing of expenses
  • Reconciliation of Credit Card expenditure
  • Preparation of Payment schedules to deadlines
  • Handle calls from suppliers
  • Respond and resolve payment queries from suppliers and internal customers
  • Perform month end Purchase Ledger activities
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
