    GlobalData Consumer works with global brands to deliver unique data and insight to enable informed business decisions, principally within the FMCG industry and its related sectors. We are seeking two analysts with a passion for consumer products and an interest in consumer behaviour, along with knowledge of one of the many sectors we operate within.


    We work with many of the world’s leading retailers and manufacturers developing a thorough understanding of the sector and its likely future performance Our clients include, Coca-Cola, Mondelez, Heineken, Ikea, Nestle, Danone, Heinz and many more

    What you will do

    • Undertake research and produce high quality and accurate analysis & data
    • Author syndicated and bespoke research products for clients
    • Develop expertise within the wider sector
    • Work as part of a team to ensure content is produced within allotted deadlines
    • Provide insight and analysis to the media, showing thought leadership

    Assist our sales teams to strengthen client relationships

    What you will bring to the table

    • Educated to degree level
    • Experience of producing market analysis: market building, manipulating and analysing data, and producing meaningful insight
    • Confident in presenting your insights to clients
    • Drive to build your profile 
    • An ability to analyse key issues, threats and trends across the sector as a whole
    • An understanding of macro issues, demographic trends and economic measures and how they impact the market and consumer spend
    • Excellent written English
    • Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
    • Be passionate about the consumer industry and research and hold a curiosity to investigate trends and issues
