We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support our FMCG business - This is a rare opportunity to join the FMCG business in this capacity.
What you will do
Play a key role in supporting our research projects by sourcing external researchers and store checkers so that we receive quality research inputs in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will become the central point of contact for our team of external contractors, researchers and store checkers.
Proactively source candidates to ensure we always have resources available to work on our syndicated and consulting research projects. Researchers may be sourced from our existing network but there will also be a requirement to expand the network of researchers in order to increase country coverage or particular areas of research expertise.
Autonomously run the end to end recruitment process, including; candidate sourcing, reviewing applications, interviewing, testing, providing feedback and supporting the contracting process.
Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Create succinct, attractive job descriptions and post across multiple platforms as required.
Work with our finance teams to ensure that purchase orders for work are generated and invoices submitted by our external researchers are processed and paid within agreed timelines.
Maintain a central store of information related to our external researchers so that contacts, contract information and research audit trails are logically stored and accessed easily
What you will bring to the table
Experience of working with Office applications such as Excel, Outlook and Word/PPT. The successful candidate will also need to build competence in the use of in house applications.
Exceptional organisation and communication skills. The nature of our research projects will mean the successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and work on sourcing researchers for different projects simultaneously.
Interest in recruitment and willingness to develop skills in areas such as sourcing, candidate management, interviewing and assessment
Willingness to work with different teams in multiple locations
